Silfo comes from the cloud forests in the highlands of Caripe, Venezuela, a region rich in biodiversity and coffee-growing traditions. This Yellow Catuai is enhanced by a Red Honey method, resulting in a clear, syrupy cup with sweet tropical notes, delicate acidity, and a silky finish—ideal for gentle methods like drip coffee.

This coffee is as rare and vibrant as the bird that inspired it—the Venezuelan Sylph (Aglaiocercus berlepschi), a hummingbird with a spectacular tail native to the same mountains where this coffee was harvested. Like the Sylph, the Silfo is vibrant, elegant, and unforgettable.
