These general conditions of sale are intended to define, exclusively on the basis of the relationships they establish on the Internet, the rights and obligations of the parties arising from the online sale of the products offered on the site.

These conditions apply to online sales on European territory, to the exclusion of any other document, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer.

The acquisition of a good or a service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale.

Products: the products offered for sale by the seller are those that appear on the site, on the day of consultation by the user, within the limits of available stocks.

Each product is accompanied by a description drawn up by the supplier.

These products and services are offered within the limits of available stocks. If, despite its efforts, all or part of the items are unavailable, the seller informs the buyer as soon as possible and offers him the possibility of choosing between waiting or canceling the order of the unavailable items free of charge. Available items will be delivered normally.

Price: the prices are indicated in Euros, and valid in all the countries of the Euro zone. They take into account any reductions as well as VAT, applicable on the day of the order. The prices applicable to the order are those in effect at the time of confirmation thereof.

Shipping costs will amount to amounts in EUR but will differ depending on the destination and the weight of the packages.

The buyer, who wishes to buy a product or service must:

1. Complete the identification form on which he will indicate all the details requested or give his customer number if he has one;
2. complete the online order form giving all the references of the products or services chosen;
3. Validate his order after having checked it;
4. Make the payment under the conditions provided;
5. Confirm their order and payment.
6. Confirmation of the order entails acceptance of these conditions of sale, acknowledgment of having perfect knowledge of them and waiver of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions.

All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation will be worth signing and acceptance of transactions.

The seller will communicate by e-mail confirmation of the registered order.

For all available items, the delivery time is 7 calendar days (working days) from the day following that of the validation of the order by the buyer.

The products ordered by the buyer will be delivered to the address indicated on the buyer's order form, which can only be in the agreed geographical area. The goods are transported at the risk of the seller until the delivery of the goods to the delivery address specified by the buyer. From this moment, the buyer alone assumes the risks. Delivery times are only given as an indication; if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed.

All orders involve a contribution to the shipping costs referred to in art. 2.

The items ordered remain our exclusive property until full payment of the order by the buyer.

The information of personal information collected in the context of distance selling is mandatory, this information being necessary for the processing and delivery of orders as well as for the establishment of invoices. This information is strictly confidential. The lack of information implies the automatic rejection of the order. The buyer may at any time have access to this data and request its rectification, by sending a letter or an email accompanied by a photocopy of both sides of his identity card. Additional information concerning the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data can be obtained from the Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels.

All elements of the seller's site are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the latter.

No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether software, visual or sound.

Any simple or hypertext link is strictly prohibited without the express prior written consent of the seller.

Force Majeure: the seller will not be liable for the total or partial non-performance of its obligations under this contract, if this non-performance is caused by an event constituting force majeure, in particular the presence of computer viruses, in the event of disturbance or total or partial strike, in particular of postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flood, fire, etc.
Will be considered as cases of force majeure, events fulfilling the criteria set by case law.

Partial non-validity: If one or more clauses of these general conditions of sale are held to be invalid or declared as such pursuant to a law, a regulation or following a final decision of a court jurisdiction, all other clauses will remain valid.

Entirety of the contract: these general conditions of sale and the summary of the order sent to the buyer form a contractual whole and constitute all the contractual relations between the parties. In case of contradiction between these documents, the general conditions of sale will prevail.
Applicable law – Competent courts: these general conditions of sale and the contractual relations between the seller and the buyer are subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, only the courts of the judicial district of the seller's registered office, except for binding public order provisions, are competent.

Any order of a product offered on the site implies consultation and express acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
