Art. 2 – Products/Prices
Products : the products offered for sale by the seller are those listed on the website on the date of consultation by the user, subject to available stock.
Each product is accompanied by a description provided by the supplier.
These products and services are offered subject to available stock. If, despite its best efforts, all or part of the items are unavailable, the seller will inform the buyer as soon as possible and offer them the choice of waiting or cancelling the order for the unavailable items free of charge. The available items will be delivered as normal.
Prices : prices are stated in Euros and are valid in all Eurozone countries. They take into account any discounts as well as VAT applicable on the date of the order. The prices applicable to the order are those in force at the time of its confirmation.
Shipping costs will be in EUR but will vary depending on the destination and the weight of the packages.
Art. 3 – Order Registration and Validation

- confirm their order and payment.
Confirmation of the order constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, acknowledgement that they have been fully understood, and waiver of the right to rely on their own terms of purchase or any other terms.
All information provided and the recorded confirmation shall serve as proof of the transaction. The confirmation shall constitute a signature and acceptance of the transactions carried out.
The seller will send an email confirming the order received.
Art. 4 – Delivery
For all available items, the delivery time is 7 calendar days (business days) starting from the day after the buyer confirms the order.
The products ordered by the buyer will be delivered to the address indicated on the buyer's purchase order, which must be within the agreed geographical area. The goods are transported at the seller's risk until delivery of the goods to the delivery address specified by the buyer. From that moment on, the buyer assumes all risks. Delivery times are given only as estimates; if they exceed thirty days from the date of the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer refunded.
Art. 5 – Payment
Every order involves a contribution to the shipping costs, as set out in Article 2.
The ordered items remain our exclusive property until full payment for the order has been received from the buyer.
Art. 6 – Protection of privacy in relation to the processing of personal data.
Providing the personal information collected as part of the distance sale is mandatory, as this information is necessary for processing and delivering orders, as well as issuing invoices.
