Evelin and Léopoldo are behind the Casa de Paya project, a large coffee farm subdivided into several plots, including Hacienda San José. Through Casa de Paya, the producer couple have set themselves the goal of using coffee as a social and economic lever for the region. Sensitive to this project, we decided to support it through a rich association.
