We are proud to present Caripe , a well-rounded and indulgent coffee with aromatic notes of nougat and macadamia nuts. Its omniroast profile makes it suitable for espresso, Italian coffee maker, and filter coffee lovers alike.
Venezuela is already one of the rarest coffee-producing regions in the world, but the Caripe variety is even rarer. Resulting from a natural mutation of Typica, and only officially recognized in 2023 (World Coffee Research), it remains virtually impossible to find outside its native region.
This batch comes directly from the heights of Caripe ( (1100–1400 m), a unique terroir where a few passionate producers strive to preserve and improve this exceptional coffee heritage. Their meticulous work, from honey drying (with a layer of pulp) to the strict selection of cherries, results in a coffee that is both rich, well-rounded, and intensely aromatic .
