’La UniOn, porque estamos unidos.‘’ Leopoldo Yanes.
Hacienda La UniOn is part of the PROYECTO Casa Paya, a large estate located in Aragua, Venezuela, managed by Leopoldo Yanes and Daniel under the supervision of agronomist Richard Cabrera.
The main varieties cultivated are Typica and Bourbon, processed either naturally or semi-washed. The natural process, which requires more attention and rigor, produces a significantly more complex cup, with a pronounced fruity profile characteristic of this blend.
ALMA CAFE has been supporting this project through green coffee importer Origin2U since 2024.

We have developed two distinct roasting profiles, light and medium, to enrich the tasting experience and reveal the full personality of this coffee.
Our light roast highlights a lively acidity and delicate floral notes, while our medium roast brings out a deeper sweetness and body. This allows you to choose the experience that best suits you."
