Caracolito
This small, unusual bean owes its name to its snail-shell shape, which results from an anomaly in the coffee plant that produces a single bean within each coffee cherry*. This unique characteristic gives it a higher concentration of nutrients, while its round shape ensures even roasting.
In the cup, the Caracolito offers notes of caramel, almond, and pear.
