We are proud to present our long-awaited, Pink Bourbon honey !
This bean is the result of four years of patience. In 2020, at the beginning of our collaboration with Hacienda Cocollar, we planted our first seedlings of this famous Arabica variety. Four years later, we were able to harvest our first cherries to present to you this limited edition Pink Bourbon made with a honey fermentation process.
This bean offers delicate notes of passion fruit and green tea.
