Cold Brew, THE refreshing summer recipe.


Who says hot weather, says cold drink. Yes, but then coffee?
- Let's introduce the Cold Brew, cold coffee infusion!

First of all, this recipe is super easy to make at home and should be differentiated from smoothies or iced coffee which are prepared using traditional, cooled coffee. Cold Brew uses a completely different technique, the infusion of water + ground coffee.

RECIPE :

☕ Grind 75 grams of coarse coffee. Choose your favorite coffee from the Alma Café range for optimal results.

☕ Add the ground coffee to a container, or to your French Press, and pour 60cl of water into it. Then let the preparation infuse for 12 hours in the fridge.

☕ It is then time to filter your mixture*, or pass it through the French Press, to extract your subtly caffeinated elixir.

☕ All you have to do is add ice cubes and milk of your choice according to your desires.

*Remaining coffee grounds can be thrown into the compost, used as a natural fertilizer or as a body scrub.
