Cold Brew, THE refreshing summer recipe.


Who says hot weather, says cold drink. Yes, but then coffee?
- Let's introduce the Cold Brew, cold coffee infusion!

First of all, this recipe is very easy to make at home and should be distinguished from iced coffee which is prepared using a traditional cooled coffee. Cold Brew uses a completely different technique, the infusion of water + ground coffee.

RECIPE :

☕ Grind 75 grams of coarse coffee. Choose your favorite coffee from the Alma Café range for optimal results.

☕ Add the ground coffee to a container, or to your French Press, and pour 60cl* of water into it. Then let the preparation infuse for 12 hours* in the fridge.

☕ It is then time to filter your mixture**, or pass it through the French Press, to extract your subtly caffeinated elixir.

☕ All you have to do is add ice cubes and milk of your choice according to your desires.
